Technical Support Developer (REMOTE) — Technical Support Developer – India (Remote)

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues while meeting SLA targets.
Analyse logs and protocol flows to propose practical solutions.
Perform system‑level tracing and assist in debugging sessions.
Identify, reproduce, and document defects for engineering teams.
Communicate status and resolutions to customers on moderate‑to‑complex cases.
Manage escalated incidents and ensure timely closure.
Support software configuration, fault management, and functional testing activities.
What You Need
1–2 years experience in network support or related fields.
Strong knowledge of GPON, MPLS, SD‑WAN, and Wi‑Fi 5/6 protocols.
Hands‑on experience with remote diagnostics and on‑site troubleshooting.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Familiarity with software configuration and fault‑management processes.
Ability to work independently under moderate guidance.
Good to Have
Basic SQL querying skills.
Linux command‑line proficiency.
Programming experience in Java or Python.
Exposure to Nokia products such as Lightspan, Altiplano, or ISAM.
