Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development & Implementation:

– Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

– Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales campaigns and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

– Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure business success.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

– Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.

– Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

– Present actionable insights to senior management to enhance decision-making and strategic planning.

Promotional Activities Planning & Execution:

– Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing clients.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative campaigns across various channels (online, print, social media, etc.

– Measure the effectiveness of promotional activities and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

– Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.

– Collaborate with the product development and customer service teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

– Use CRM software to manage customer relationships, track leads, and maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions.

– Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

– Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and revenue.

– Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

– Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.

– Ability to generate and maintain sales reports using various tools and software.

Sales & Marketing Expertise:

– Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, preferably with hands-on experience in both.

– Familiarity with sales strategies, lead generation, market analysis, and promotional tactics.

– Experience in handling client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

– Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

– Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and management.

Organizational & Time-Management Skills:

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing, especially in industries related to [Insert Industry].
