Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Backend Developer to manage, customize, and optimize the backend of WordPress websites. The role involves developing plugins, ensuring database efficiency, maintaining security, and integrating third-party tools to deliver seamless website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins and themes.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates.
• Manage MySQL databases and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers for smooth project delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues.
Requirements:
• Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, and WordPress core.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic front-end understanding).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with hosting environments, cPanel, and server management is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
