Zoom helps people connect and collaborate, offering tools like Zoom Meetings, Phone, and Webinars that you probably use every day. We’re looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our AI team and help us build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our exciting new AI features.
You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS, making sure everything runs smoothly and reliably. This includes automating deployments using Terraform, monitoring system performance, and being part of the team that responds when things need attention – which sometimes means being on-call and doing occasional deployments on weekends. You’ll also work closely with developers and other engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them build automated solutions.
We’re hoping you have experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and a good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker. Knowing how to write scripts in languages like Python, Bash, or Go would be really helpful. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible is also important. While the original listing asked for 5+ years of experience, we’re open to considering candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience who are eager to learn.
