You’ll shape the backend architecture while collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and frontend developers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for enterprise customers. What You’ll Do Design and implement high‑performance backend services and APIs with FastAPI or Node.js/TS. Build RAG pipelines that ingest, process, and index data for AI‑powered search. Create and tune relational and vector database schemas (PostgreSQL, pgvector). Develop event‑driven, asynchronous systems using Kafka or equivalent messaging. Write clean, reusable React components and integrate them with backend services. Ensure authentication, authorization, and secure API access (OAuth2/OIDC/SAML). Contribute to CI/CD, Docker orchestration, and cloud deployment automation. What You Need 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI) or Node.js with TypeScript. Proven ability to build RESTful microservices and production‑grade AI/LLM apps. Frontend expertise in React and TypeScript. Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS/Azure/GCP. Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC/SAML for secure integrations.
