You’ll help keep the Workday Community platform running smoothly, delivering reliable cloud infrastructure and automation for a global user base. This role combines hands‑on engineering with close collaboration across development and QA teams. What You'll Do Design, implement, and maintain cloud production and development systems for the Community platform. Deploy, monitor, and automate enterprise services on AWS. Support CI/CD tooling to boost developer efficiency and release velocity. Maintain accurate inventory of servers, storage, networking, and virtual environments. Collaborate with Dev and QA teams to build continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Troubleshoot logs, traffic, and configurations, automating resolutions end‑to‑end. Ensure infrastructure scalability for varying project and production demands. What You Need 5+ years software, systems, or networking development; 2+ years in automation. Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, IAM, Elasticache, CDN, Route 53). Proficiency in IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation. Solid Linux administration and shell/Python scripting skills. Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using GitHub in production. Knowledge of serverless platforms (EKS, ECS, Fargate) and databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis). Ability to overlap work hours with US Pacific Time as required. Good to Have Experience deploying Discourse or Drupal platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Cloud services. Understanding of security, networking, and micro‑services architecture.
