What You’ll Do
- Identify and define system enhancements using application development concepts.
- Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
- Apply business and industry standards to resolve complex problems.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and write basic code per design specs.
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulations.
- Build working knowledge of Citi’s client‑server, database, and network systems.
- Support incident resolution and application troubleshooting.
What You Need
- 1–3 years with Openlink Endur/ION Endur platform.
- Hands‑on Java development and customization experience.
- Solid SQL and Oracle database skills.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in application support and incident resolution.
Good to Have
- Exposure to OpenJVS, AVS, or Endur configuration.
- Experience on commodity or energy‑trading support/enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of oil, gas, power, or LNG trading processes.
