Director – Cell Therapy IT, Software Engineering – Salesforce

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade platforms that enable cell‑therapy life‑cycle from patient to production line, driving speed, safety, and compliance. This role blends technical strategy, AI innovation, and global engineering leadership to transform complex supply chains into scalable digital solutions. What You'll Do Define and evolve scalable tech strategy for vein‑to‑vein cell‑therapy operations. Lead development of a Salesforce‑based orchestration platform, ensuring compliance and security. Own end‑to‑end SDLC with DevSecOps, automation, and quality acceleration. Orchestrate integrations across Salesforce, MuleSoft, mobile apps, AWS, and Kafka. Embed GxP, HIPAA, FDA, GDPR compliance into every release cycle. Advance agentic AI to build autonomous software agents for complex tasks. Build, mentor, and grow a global team of engineers and solution architects. What You Need 12+ years software development, 5+ in leadership within life sciences or manufacturing. Expertise managing multi‑cloud Salesforce environments and AWS/MuleSoft stacks. Proven delivery of regulated software solutions (GxP, HIPAA, FDA). Strong knowledge of Python, Java, and full‑stack development tools. Experience in AI/ML integration within Salesforce (Einstein, predictive analytics). Hands‑on in agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agent development. System architecture, secure coding, and cloud‑native design skills. Good to Have Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification. Experience with GenAI for code generation and automated testing.
