What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high‑performance backend services and APIs using Go and Node.js.
- Write clean, well‑documented, testable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on AWS, ensuring reliability.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on‑call rotation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure service health and performance.
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend development experience with a CS bachelor’s degree.
- Expert proficiency in Go and Node.js, plus RESTful, gRPC or GraphQL API design.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Strong Git version‑control skills and automated testing expertise.
- Extensive experience with AWS, including serverless architectures.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of security best practices such as encryption and secure coding.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to lead technical discussions.
