What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise DevOps platform portfolio.
- Lead and coach Product Owners across multiple products to achieve outcomes.
- Manage integrated ecosystem of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitHub Copilot and related services.
- Prioritize portfolio based on business value, user needs, security, compliance, and sustainability.
- Drive large‑scale adoption across 20,000–30,000 users, removing barriers and improving usability.
- Embed security‑by‑design, DevSecOps, and governance across all platform services.
What You Need
- Senior product management leadership in technical or enterprise tooling.
- Proven expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and developer workflows.
- Experience managing large product portfolios and balancing short‑term and long‑term priorities.
- Strong people‑management skills with coaching and developing product professionals.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and related platforms.
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS and other cloud services.
- Background in regulated (GxP) environments.
- Leadership in AI‑enabled product initiatives.
