As a Backend Developer at our company, your role involves building scalable backend services, optimizing database performance, and contributing to high-quality application development in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Golang or Java (minimum hands-on experience required).
– Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and performance.
– Build scalable REST APIs and robust backend components.
– Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
– Participate in code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot production issues.
– Support deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
– Contribute to improving system scalability, performance, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, replication, performance tuning).
– Working knowledge of Golang or Java for backend development.
– Solid understanding of REST API development, microservice architecture, and backend design principles.
– Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps workflows.
– Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
– Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Good to Have:
– Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
– Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
