What You’ll Do Analyze existing SQL Server, Oracle, and ETL implementations for Databricks migration. Translate legacy T‑SQL scripts and stored procedures into optimized PySpark workflows. Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines within Databricks notebooks. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and unit testing during each migration phase. Optimize Spark jobs and SQL queries for performance and reliability. Document migration logic, dependencies, and technical designs. Participate in code reviews and enforce data‑engineering best practices. What You Need 5‑12 years of hands‑on data‑engineering experience, primarily in engineering roles.
