JSW Steel is a leading integrated steel manufacturer in India, known for its innovation and commitment to sustainable practices. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help manage administrative and facility operations, supporting our leadership team directly.
You’ll be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly at our properties, including a residence in Mahabaleshwar. This means overseeing maintenance, renovations, and coordinating with different vendors. A big part of the role involves planning and executing events – from corporate meetings to special functions – handling all the details like venues, travel, and making sure everything is top-notch. You’ll also manage assets, track expenses, and ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe. This includes looking after our cafeterias and guest houses, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. You’ll be involved in setting up new office spaces too, and generally making sure our offices are well-organized and presentable.
We’re looking for someone with a graduate or postgraduate degree, ideally in hospitality, and around 12-18 years of experience – experience in managing facilities for high-profile individuals is a big plus. You should be good at negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and have a strong attention to detail. Being able to handle multiple locations and maintain confidentiality is also important.
This position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra and requires you to work from the office. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
