Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building dynamic websites, powerful backend systems, and efficient software solutions. This is a project-based opportunity where you’ll be working closely with our team on a variety of business and educational tech projects under Modern Age Coders.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive and feature-rich front-end applications (React, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS)
• Build and maintain robust back-end systems (Node.js, Express, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)
• Design custom software tools for internal use, client needs, and student learning platforms
• Work with databases (Firestore, MongoDB, MySQL) and manage data securely
• Collaborate on UI/UX, animations, API integration, and bug fixing
• Deliver project updates, meet deadlines, and adapt to requirements across batches
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
6 to 8 hours per day (Flexible as per project demand)
Compensation
• ₹5000 per project
• Multiple projects per month guaranteed (minimum 3–5 monthly depending on skills)
• Prompt payment after project completion and review
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge in JavaScript, Node.js, Firebase, React, REST APIs
• Comfort with both frontend and backend workflows
• Problem-solvers who enjoy ownership and freedom
• Prior experience with student-facing or educational platforms is a plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Barba.js, GSAP, TailwindCSS, Supabase
