We’re looking for someone to join us as an Android Developer. You’ll be building and improving apps for lots of different Android phones and tablets. You’ll be turning designs into actual working code, and making sure everything runs smoothly and quickly. You’ll also be finding and fixing any problems that come up, and working with the team to keep the code well-organized. Part of the role involves connecting the apps to the services that power them, and making sure they work well even when someone doesn’t have an internet connection.
To do well in this role, you should have a good understanding of how Android apps are built, including the Android SDK. Knowing how to work with RESTful APIs is helpful, as is understanding how to design user-friendly interfaces. Experience with Git for code management is also a plus. While we don’t expect you to know everything, a willingness to learn about things like push notifications and optimizing app performance is important. Any bachelor’s degree is fine.
This position is located in India and is an onsite role. Salary details were not provided.
