Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Gen AI Data Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Pune. This is a work from office position with a virtual interview process.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with proficient programming skills in Python and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and HuggingFace. Experience with machine learning frameworks, designing, developing, and deploying GenAI models is essential.
Key responsibilities include prompt engineering, LLM tools and orchestration, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Databricks is required, as is knowledge of DevOps principles and building/deploying models using FastAPI.
A solid understanding of AI governance principles (compliance, security, explainability, monitoring) and MLOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, automation) are beneficial. Experience with LLMOps, GIT, and data engineering concepts is also highly valued.
