Immediate Opening for MCP Developers – Bangalore/Delhi
Looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization developer to design and launch real‑time, AI‑driven campaigns that boost customer engagement. This role powers a leading client’s digital experience platform, offering high‑impact work in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Build sitemaps to capture user interactions across web and mobile.
Design and launch personalized campaigns with dynamic content and templates.
Set up product catalogs, attributes, and recommendation rules.
Create custom user attributes and event schemas for data‑driven targeting.
Define audience segments and decision strategies for offers and content.
Conduct A/B tests and integrate personalization via APIs and SDKs.
What You Need
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
5–7 years of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development.
Experience configuring event tracking, sitemaps, and web SDKs.
Expertise in catalog setup, user attributes, and campaign configuration.
Proven ability to build decisioning and recommendation strategies.
Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and REST API integrations.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Good to Have
Experience with Einstein Personalization and AI‑driven recommendations.
Knowledge of multi‑channel personalization across web, mobile, and email.
Understanding of customer journey orchestration in the Salesforce ecosystem.
