Tech Operation Agent (Full stack developer) — Technical Operations Agent – India | Full‑Time
Join a fast‑growing live‑sports platform to ensure flawless streaming during morning and weekend shifts. You’ll be the first line of defense, spotting issues before viewers do and keeping the broadcast humming.
What You’ll Do
Monitor live video streams and system health with Grafana and similar tools.
Troubleshoot streaming pipeline and performance problems in real time.
Support internal ops teams by conducting deep‑dive technical investigations.
Escalate critical incidents to engineering with clear, actionable reports.
Document incidents, shift handovers, and root‑cause analyses.
Spot recurring failures and suggest reliability improvements.
What You Need
2+ years in Technical Operations, NOC, Systems Engineering, or IT Support.
Hands‑on experience with monitoring platforms (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus).
Solid understanding of networking concepts and log analysis.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent written English for incident documentation.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet shift timings (IST mornings & weekends).
Good to Have
Familiarity with video streaming and real‑time media technologies.
Experience collaborating with international engineering teams.
On‑site availability for shift coverage.
