Java Developer

Nagpur-based developers, let’s cut to the chase: DelaPlex Software needs a solid Java engineer, someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty building and maintaining applications. You’ll be expected to write clean, efficient code – Java and SQL are non-negotiable – and understand the entire software development lifecycle from start to finish.

Experience with source control (GIT, naturally) and database tools like SQL Developer or Management Studio is essential. Comfortable navigating Windows, Linux, and Unix environments via the command line? Good. JIRA familiarity is a plus. We value people who can assess options and deliver the best outcome, and who aren’t shy about suggesting improvements – ownership is key here.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. While .Net, C, or Javascript skills are beneficial, they aren’t dealbreakers. Test management experience and Agile methodologies are also welcome additions. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are vital, as is the ability to collaborate effectively. This isn’t a solo mission; you’ll be working within a team of around eight engineers – a size that allows for focused work and quick decision-making.
