In this senior HR partnership role, you’ll collaborate with technology leaders and HR specialists to shape people strategies that drive growth and performance at the India Technology Centre.
What You’ll Do
- Align global HR programs with tech leaders’ priorities.
- Coach directors and managers on talent, rewards, and performance.
- Design organization structures and lead change‑management initiatives.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, succession and retention strategies.
- Leverage data and employee insights to influence business decisions.
- Partner with COE and People Solutions to scale initiatives locally.
What You Need
- 15+ years HR experience in multicultural, matrixed firms.
- Minimum 5 years as a business partner to senior leaders.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Deep expertise in rewards, talent, or organization effectiveness.
- Proven consulting, coaching, and manager capability‑building track record.
- Strong change‑execution agility and data‑driven decision making.
