As a Senior ETL / Data Engineer, lead in developing and maintaining sophisticated ETL processes and data architectures. Your expertise will guide the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and integrate the latest data technologies to ensure effective data management and quality.

What You Will Do

• Architect scalable and reliable data engineering solutions to deliver complex data-driven insights and applications.
• Drive the collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis of new and existing data sources; manage and optimize data pipelines.
• Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to improve data strategies, data accessibility, and efficiency in data handling.
• Establish data governance and ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in building and maintaining a robust, fault-tolerant data pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and technologies, advocating for the adoption of the most beneficial practices and tools.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience with ETL.
• Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions and apply the best approach for each use case.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Advanced level of English.
