You’ll own end‑to‑end Java microservices, ensure they run reliably on Azure, and collaborate across product, QA, and operations to deliver business value quickly. What You’ll Do Analyse user requirements and translate them into scalable Java designs. Develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring and Golang. Create and integrate REST, SOAP, Thrift, and gRPC APIs. Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root‑cause analysis. Maintain JIRA tickets with accurate status updates. Write clear design documentation for developers and stakeholders. Recommend and implement performance‑ and reliability‑enhancing improvements. What You Need 5–8 years of Java, Spring, and Golang experience in multithreaded applications. Minimum 3 years building high‑scale microservices and distributed systems. Hands‑on with resiliency patterns (circuit breaker, throttling, bulkheading). Proficiency in monitoring tools: Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus (plus Splunk/Graphite). Strong Git experience, including monorepo workflows. Excellent English communication and proven cross‑functional teamwork. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub). Good to Have Knowledge of Java memory management, caching frameworks, and resource optimization. Familiarity with security practices: authentication, authorization, SSL, token exchanges.
