Got a solid three years building on the Salesforce platform? Fujitsu needs a Service Cloud Developer in India to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions. This isn’t about ticking boxes; it’s about owning the technical design and implementation across Sales, Service, and potentially Marketing Cloud.
You’ll be collaborating with technical leads and business stakeholders – a lot of translating, a lot of problem-solving. Expect to get your hands dirty with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and the usual integration suspects (REST, SOAP APIs). A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture – data models, security, the whole nine yards – is non-negotiable. Experience with CTI, automation, and knowledge management systems is highly valued.
The team is established, around 15 engineers, and focused on delivering complex solutions for a global client base – meaning you’ll be exposed to best practices and challenging scenarios. You’ll be expected to champion test-driven development and favour configuration over heavy customization, a principle they take seriously. And, you’ll likely find yourself guiding releases through various environments.
Frankly, this role demands someone who can balance technical expertise with a pragmatic approach. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is essential.
