Shift Manager – Leading Pizza Brand
We’re Bestal HR, and we’re helping a very popular pizza chain find a great Shift Manager to join their team. They’re known for delicious pizza and a fun, fast-paced work environment!
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly during your assigned shift at the restaurant. This means overseeing daily operations, from making sure orders are prepared correctly to keeping the restaurant clean and organized. You’ll be responsible for scheduling staff to ensure we have enough people to handle customer demand, and you’ll lead and motivate the team to provide excellent service.
You’ll also be involved in local marketing efforts, like getting the word out in the neighborhood. Keeping track of things like food costs, inventory, and waste is important too, and you’ll prepare reports to help with this. Basically, you’ll be a key person in making sure the restaurant is successful!
We’re looking for someone with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Some experience with managing a team or working in a food service environment would be helpful, but we’re open to considering enthusiastic freshers too. You should be comfortable with basic reporting and have a good understanding of how a restaurant operates.
This position is located in India, and the work mode is onsite. Salary details were not provided.
