What You’ll Do
- Integrate cameras, NVRs, VMS via ONVIF, RTSP, HTTP, SDKs.
- Create live view, recording, playback, image capture, export.
- Build dashboards for device config, monitoring, reporting, users.
- Design event workflows, alarms, notifications, external integrations.
- Add video tools: clipping, overlays, conversion, time‑lapse.
- Create database schemas for device, recording, event data.
- Ensure secure auth, role access, credential storage, audit logs.
What You Need
- Proficiency in Python or C#/.NET with production deployments.
- Experience integrating IP cameras, streaming protocols like RTSP.
- Knowledge of ONVIF, HTTP/REST, and vendor SDKs.
- Use of FFmpeg/GStreamer for video processing.
- Develop backend REST APIs and relational databases.
- Understanding of H.264/H.265 codecs and storage.
- Git, unit testing, logging, CI/CD skills.
