You will lead the design, build, and operation of a large‑scale AWS Data Lake platform. This role blends deep technical expertise with hands‑on leadership, giving you ownership from architecture through production while mentoring a growing engineering team.

What You’ll Do
Architect and implement enterprise‑wide data lake solutions on AWS.
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of data pipelines using CI/CD and IaC.
Define and enforce data governance, access control, and security standards.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of best‑practice engineering.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data platforms.

What You Need
5+ years experience with AWS data services (S3, Lake Formation, Glue, Athena, Redshift Spectrum).
Strong background in enterprise data lake architecture and data governance.
Hands‑on expertise with IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workloads.

Demonstrated technical leadership and end‑to‑end project ownership.
